Instructions:

  1. First prepare the vegetables by peeling, washing and dicing, put aside for later use.
  2. Stir fry the mixed seafood in small amount of oil using a pot for frying. Gauge the stove on medium flame. Allow cooking for 6 minutes, make sure it is cooked properly, and then remove oil put aside for later.
  3. Next put to heat a pot for stewing, add enough water, allow coming boil, and then add the pasta. Allowing cooking for 6 to 7 minutes, or until tender, do not over or under. Drain and rinse in cool water.
  4. After that, combine the cooked cooled pasta with the prepared vegetables and cooked mixed seafood with all ingredients in a casserole dish, or bowl.
  5. Remove the water from olives can, slice, and then add to salad.
  6. Add one of two dressings, and parmesan cheese if you like. Cover properly!
  7. Refrigerate your Seafood Pasta Salad Dinner for two hours before serving.

Seafood Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. Pasta Shells (any style)
  • 1 - 340 gram bag of Mix Seafood (frozen, prepped, cleaned, Scallop, Shrimp, Squid Etc), or use Fresh Seafood, Fish as well.
  • 2 small Bell Peppers, (any color)
  • 1 small Green Peppers, (paprika)
  • 4 small Onions (green, chopped)
  • 1 - 200ml small can of Olives (sliced)
  • 1 Garlic Clove (mashed fine)
  • 1 Ginger Root (juice only)
  • Parmesan cheese

Creamy Salad Dressing Method #1:

  • 1 cup of Real Mayonnaise
  • Olive oil (or use Salad oil)
  • Sesame oil (optional)
  • Sushi Rice Vinegar (any salad wine is good).
  • Lemon juice, Lime juice

Salad Dressing Method #2:

  • Olive oil (or use Salad oil)
  • Sesame oil (optional)
  • Sushi Rice Vinegar (any salad wine is good).
  • Lemon juice, Lime juice

Add: Salt & Pepper to taste
Addictive:
