  1. First, open the canned tuna, and remove water. Use spoon to squeeze out water properly.
  2. Next place in a clean bowl the tuna, salt, mayonnaise if using, or the add ketchup and black pepper.
  3. Combine well!
  4. After that, lay the cream crackers on a clean surface.
  5. Put cheese and tomato slice on, and then one to couple of tablespoonfuls of filling on top cracker.
  6. Now close it with another cracker to make a tuna-wich.
