Ingredients:

  1. First, de-shell a Coconut. Then patiently remove the brown on the back of the coconut.
  2. Second, grate the coconut shreds. Put in a bowl and set aside for later.
  3. After that, put to heat a pot for stewing, add the grated coconut, the sugar with the water.
  4. Next, Set your stove gauge on flame4. Stir in while it simmers. Add the other ingredients. Do not add the food coloring.
  5. After a few minutes, it will thicken and ready to use.
  6. Take one cup of texture out, then add and dilute the red food coloring. It will be bright pink.
  7. Now, spread the coconut texture evenly in a casserole dish.
  8. Next, evenly place the coloured texture on top.
  9. Allow the grater cake to set and cool for 35 minutes.
  10. After that cut small squares no bigger than three fingers.
