HONEY LIVER

Ingredients:

1 lb cow’s Liver (diced)-
1 ½ medium size Onion diced-
1 small Carrots diced-
4 Garlic Cloves-
½  ripe pepper (Scotch binate or real chili pepper)-
Ginger – cut to size of your thumb-
1 tablespoon of Sea Salt-
1 tablespoon of Parley ( Dried or Fresh)-
1 tablespoon of Basil ( Dried or Fresh)-
¼ tablespoon of Rosmary ( Dried or Fresh)-
3 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons of Sugar (Brown or granulated)
¼  teaspoon Nutmeg (Grated-)
¼ teaspoons of Pimento Seeds-
Thyme (Fresh pieces together the size of two fingers)-
1  tablespoons White Vinegar-
¼ cup Coconut Oil ( or Olive oil)-
2 cups of Water-
¼ cup Ketchup (at the end.)

Simmering liver in water for 35 minutes, add the honey, salt, half onion, half way. ketchup near the end. Flame 4. (This is a short instruction, video soon.
