BARBECUE SAUCE (Homemade)

¼ lb of Scallion
½  medium Onions
3 cloves Garlic (mashed)
½ ripe Peppers (Scotch bonnet)
2 tablespoons Whole Ginger (mashed)
3 tablespoons of Sea Salt
Ginger – (cut to half size of your thumb) - mash for juice only.
4 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoons of Parsley (dried or fresh)
1 tablespoon Molasse
1 teaspoons of Basil (dried or fresh)
1 teaspoon Nutmeg (grated)
½ teaspoons Thyme Leaves
3 tablespoons White Vinegar
2 tablespoons of Honey
1 tablespoons Coconut Oil (or Olive oil)
½ cup of Ketchup.
¼ to 2/3 cup of water

First cut ingredient very fine. This is enough BBQ sause for half chicken. Or 4 chicken's parts. It taste heavenly and fresh.
Instructions:

  1. Wash clean and prepare all the seasonings. Do not dice.
  2. Blend together all the ingredients you will get one cup of Jamaica’s BBQ sauce.

    Chicken
    4 Chicken parts, like leg, thigh, or breast)
    1 cups of BBQ Sauce (home-made)

    Instructions:
  1. To Bake, you will need to pre-heat the oven at the temperature 350 Degree Fahrenheit.
  2. Lie the chicken parts in a baking tray; with the back facing up without BBQ sause.
  3. Now, put it in the oven set at 350 Degrees, and allow the chicken to bake for 45 minutes.
  4. After that base the baked chicken with BBQ sauce. And then bake for 10 minutes with oven set at 450 degrees.
  5. Barbecue Chicken is usually served with rice, or can be accompaniment with Jamaican boiled hard food.
  6. Preparation and cooking totals 1:15 minutes.
