Instructions:

  1. Stripped, washed and diced all the seasonings, then put together in a bowl.  (Keep the carrot, cho cho, ketchup, tomatoes,  butter and half of an onion into a separate bowl.)
  2. Wash the kidney beans and soak them for fifteen minutes or more into water. After that pressure cooks the soaked beans with eight cups of fresh waters.  Gauge the stove on six.  Do this for 13 minutes; (start timing when it starts to whistle). 
  3. After that, add the chicken's feet.  Stir in!.
  4. Now cover the pressure-cooker pot with the pressure-cooker’s lid correctly.  Once it starts to whistle gauge the stove on low flame.  Allow to pressure for 7 minutes.
  5. After that, once it’s cooled; remove the lid.
  6. Turn the stoves gauge on 6 then add the spinner dumpings. Next the carrot, cho cho, and add half of an onion and the diced tomatoes.
  7. Cover the pot slightly, and allow to simmer for 5 minutes
  8. Next add the butter and ketchep. Cook for a minute, then turn the stove off.
  9. You are finish.

     Served with cooked white rice alongside tomates.  This is serving for a family of five persons.  “Chicken's Feet Stew Peas” is very nice with white rice sided with sliced tomatoes.  

All the meals are very easy on the stomach when it’s prepared with natural herbs and natural vegetables.

Left over’s should be properly sealed the same day and kept in the refrigerator for no more than four days.  Keep freezing for up to six months.  It will taste real nice after frozen.

CHICKEN FOOT STEW PEAS

Ingredients:

1 lb Chicken's Feet
½ lb Kidney Beans or 8oz, (or canned, drained water)
2 stacks of Scallion (diced)
2 medium Onions (diced)
1 carrot (diced)
2 small Tomatoes (diced)
8 Garlic Cloves
½ green Pepper (Scotch bonnet)
½ ripe Pepper (Scotch bonnet)
Ginger – (cut to ½ size of your thumb)
3 pieces of Whole Cloves
2 tablespoons of Sea Salt or (1 tablespoon if you use if needed, taste it first)
1 tablespoon of Parsley (dried or fresh)
1 tablespoon of Basil (dried or fresh)
½ tablespoon of Sage (dried or fresh)
½ tablespoon of Rosemary (diced)
½  teaspoon Nutmeg (grated)
1  teaspoon of Pimento Seeds
“Thyme (fresh pieces tie together the size of two fingers),
Or 1 tablespoon of Leaves”
1½ tablespoon White Vinegar
1 tablespoon of Butter
½ cup of Ketchup
8 cups of Water
½ Cho-Cho (diced) – optional.

Dumpling Spinners

I cup of Flour
pinch of Salt
1/4 cup of Water.

Make a dough, next break small pieces off, then use one make the spinner dumpling by putting it between your palm then roll to make spinner dumplings.

You will get 17 spinner dumplings.

This meal is Serving for a small family.

Ingredients:
