Instructions

  1. Strip, wash, and dice all the seasonings, then put together half in a bowl. (Keep the coconut oil, ketchup and the browning separated.)
  2. Clean the turkey neck by removing skin and stuff. Patiently prepare meat before you wash it. Cut to one-inch piece. Wash with water and vinegar, until the meat is clean.
  3. Now put to heat a pressure cooker pot; add one garlic burn curry 10 to 15 seconds. add the oil. After two minutes with the stove gauged on eight, add the turkey’s neck, next 3 cups of water. Stir in! This time cover the pressure cooker’s pot with the pressure cooker’s lid correctly. Once it starts to whistle gauge the stove on low flame. (Note: Start the timing when it starts to whistle.) Allow to pressure for 4 minutes.
  4. Remove lid, allow cooling; add half the seasonings. Cover well and simmer for 20 minutes. With the stove gauged on 4. Next, add the other half of seasonings to the turkey neck stewing. Cover the pot well and allow stewing for another 17 minutes.
  5. Finally add the ketchup, and then cook for two minutes.
  6. To prepare, cook turkey’s neck totals 55 minutes.

This meal is best accompaniment with rice, alternatively with any boiled food such as yam, pumpkin, and boiled green bananas etc.

The meals are easy to digest, mainly because preparation, natural herbs, and vegetables.

This recipe is servings for a family of five people. Seal leftovers properly the same day and refrigerate for 3 days. Alternatively freeze it for 6 months to one year.

Turkey Neck love pepper!
The more pepper used, the less hot the meal is.

Ingredients:

2 Turkey Neck. (cut to ¼ pieces,)
2 stack of Scallion (diced)
3 medium Onions (diced)
12 Garlic Cloves
½ green pepper (Scotch bonnet or real Chili Pepper)
1 ripe pepper (Scotch bonnet or real Chili Pepper)
Ginger – (cut to half the size of your thumb)
1 tablespoon of Sea Salt
1 tablespoon of Parsley (dried or fresh)
1 tablespoon of Basil (dried or fresh)
1 teaspoon of Marjoram ( Dried or Fresh)
1 teaspoon Rosemary (diced fine)
1 tablespoon of Oregano ( Dried or Fresh)
½ teaspoon of Pimento Seeds
Thyme (1 teaspoon of leaves)
6 Whole Cloves
1 tablespoon White Vinegar and 1 tablespoon to wash turkey - (Rise twice)
2 tablespoons Curry (Indian)
¼ cup Coconut Oil (or Olive oil)
3 cups of Water.
