Instructions:

  1. First, peel, wash and dice or slice the seasonings.
  2. To do this meal, you can use snapper, or sliced Fish. Even boneless Fish!
  3. Second, prepare fish by scaling, grouted properly.
  4. Next, Marinate the fish with the seasonings for a while. (Do not add the herbs yet)
  5. Next to heat a stew pot a frying. Gauge stove on flame 6 or 8 (Hi).
  6. Add the cooking oil, maybe piece ginger and one garlic clove. Allow to get hot, or until a little smoke.
  7. After that, add the fish piece by piece. But first use a cooking fork to remove the seasoning from the fish piece. (If you don' t remove the seasoning, it will burn before the chicken cooks.)
  8. Allow frying on one side for 3 to 4 minutes, or until browns.
  9. Flip the fish and fry the other side for the same time or less.
  10. If you are using boneless fish the frying time is less.
  11. Once you complete that, carefully remove half the cooking oil. (You can use a spoon that scoops.)
  12. Turn the stove off while you remove the oil.
  13. Now, after that turn the stove on again gauge flamed 4.
  14. Add the diced onion, 30 seconds after the the garlic, then the other seasonings. Stir fry for 1 minute or less.
  15. If you like onion saute less time.
  16. After that, add the sugar. (It really brings the taste up).
  17. Next open and add the canned baked beans, and then the dried herbs. Stir in!
  18. Add the 1/2 cup water to soften the thickness of the canned baked beans gravy.
  19. Allow simmering for 3 minutes on low flame to finish.
