(Party Porportion, half the size
if you are cook for your family)

5 pounds of Cow's Skin, Head,
Joints, Tongue, Ears, Etc.

6 tablespoons of Salt
2 heads of Garlic (diced)
5 stalks of Scallion (diced)
3 ripe Scotch Bonnet Pepper (diced)
Tyme (tie to three fingers)
3 teaspoons of Browning
3 ½ gallons of Water - for the first 2 hours, and 2 more gallons of warm water after that.


Add these other ingredients below
30 minutes before your are finish.


6 Carrots (diced)
3 lbs of Pumpkin (Dice. peel the skin off, do not use the pumpkin's skin in the soup)
½ lb of Potato (diced to chucks)
4 lbs of Yellow Yam (dice to chucks)

COW SOUP SPINNER DUMPLINGS

ingredients.

2 cups of Flour
1 cup of Cornmeal
1 cup of water
3 pinches of salt.

Add these dumplings 45 minutes before you are finish.

Put to boil on Medium Low frame, for 2:30 minutes on the stove.

Alternatively cook on Cold Stove for 3 hours..
