Instructions:

Bread Pudding recipe:
Method:
Grease a 8.5 x 4.5 loaf baking pan. Grease well!
Then lay two grease paper to it.
Use your hand to break up the bread into small pieces.
Combine everything together in a large bowl.
The bread, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, rum, raisins, and melted butter in a mixing bowl with the eggs and
Coconut milk. (blend all the wet ingredients together and then add it.)
After that pour the dough into the baking pan.
Preheat oven 10 minutes before baking at 350 degrees F.
Bake for 1 hour on the middle rack.
Test if it is baked by inserting a small knife in the middle. If it is clean, it ready. It will be wet a little.
Allow to cool before cutting.
Bread Pudding is served best when it is cool.
Store in the fridge after 12 hours.

½ cup Sugar
• 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
• 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg (grated)
• pinch of Salt
• teaspoon of Vanilla
• teaspoon of White Vinegar (this helps to distard spoilage)
¼ cup Raisins (optional)
• 2 cups Coconut Milk (you can use any milk)
• 2 eggs
• pinch of Sea Salt
