Instructions:

  • Hardough Bread recipe - (Official Recipe)
  • Method:
  • First, add the yeast to the warm water until it is dilute.
  • Put the flour and butter into a bowl. Use your fingers to combine the butter with the flour.
  • Now, add the water with the yeast to the flour with the butter. Knead to dough.
  • Next, spinkle flour lightly on a board, which is use for baking.
  • Have ½ cup of flour in a container ready for use to sprinkle on the dough occasionally.
  • Knead the dough on the floured board for 8 minutes.
  • After that, put the dough in a greased bowl. Use a larger bowl than the dough it will rise a little.
  • Once you put the dough in the greased bowl, circulate the dough in the bowl. You want grease all around it.
  • Next, cover the bowl with a dry towel; then place in a warm place for 50 minutes.
  • While you wait for that cut two pieces of grease papers for the baking pan size 12 x 4 x 3.5 inches(loaf pan) or 10 x 4 x 3.5 inches(loaf pan).
  • Use butter to grease the loaf-baking pan properly. Lay the grease papers in it good. Put aside until you are ready.
  • Now, use your fist to beat dough down on the floured cutting board. You do this to get out some of carbon dioxide gas.
  • Next, use the rolling pin to roll out the dough and form a rectangular shape.
  • Next, roll up the dough tightly with your hands forming a log shape. Do this as you would roll up a sleeping bag.
  • Fold the corners inside the dough as you roll it tight.
  • Next place the log shaped dough in the greased loaf pan.
  • Now cover it and allow the dough to proof for 30 to 40 minutes. This also removes the extra carbon dioxide gas.
  • Atfer that, brush the beaten egg white over the dough just before baking.
  • Finally, Bake it for 35 to 38 minutes at 350 degree F.
  • Refrigerate for 7 days after out one day.

HARDOUGH BREAD

Ingredients
