Instructions:

  • Meat Loaf recipe:
  • Method for cooking the meat the meat loaf filling:
  • Use a sharp knife to dice the escallion and hot peppers very fine.
  • Next, add it to ground beef with the salt in a bowl.
  • Cook meat in a pot for stewing. Put the thyme on top. Put your stove gauge on frame 4.
  • Add no oil nor water. The meat will make its own oil.
  • Stir in well while you cook this for 5 minutes.
  • Put the slices of hardough bread in the pot on top. Pour a small amount of cold water to soak the bread. Then squeeze the water out in a bowl to use again.
  • Grind the bread slices to crumps.
  • Add the bread water and the bread crumps to cooking pot. Add the tie thyme. Allow to cook until the bread become dry.
  • Combine cooking meat and cooked bread.
  • Add meat-coloring, sweet pepper (paprika) to taste.
  • After that, cook together for another 15 minutes.
  • Add the Accent. Turn the stove off you are finish. Do not cover and put aside for the patty filling later.
  • Method for the dough:
  • Dissolve yeast and sugar in water.
  • Next, add in the milk, salt, and egg. Then stir in well.
  • Add 1/2 of the flour and stir, and then add a little bit of flour occasionally.
  • Knead the dough for 8 to 10 minutes. Do so until it is smooth but firm.
  • Grease a clean bowl and rotate the dough until coated fully.
  • Cover with a damp towel put in a warm place for 1 hr.
  • Next, cut the dough into 10 portions.
  • Now roll each piece into a 6-inch circle.
  • Next, brush it with melted butter then fold it in half.
  • Brush with more butter then fold in half again.
  • Set breads on an greased baking sheet.
  • Put in a warm place for 45 minutes. They will rise to double in size.
  • After that, use add the cooked mince meat filling in the center. Fold back and then use a fork the clamp the edge together.
  • Preheat your oven at 425 F for 10 minutes before you are ready to bake.
  • Set a pan of hot water on the lowest oven rack.
  • Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
