Instrucions:

  • Raspberry Muffin Cup Cakes recipe:
  • Method:
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Use a 12 cup muffins pan. Add the paper cups.
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; add the sugar. All the dry ingredient.
  • In a separate bowl, add the coconut milk, the oil, with the egg and other liquid ingredients.
  • After all that add the mixed fruits. Add the blueberries and raspberries).
  • Use a ice cream scoop to fill the muffin cups. (One full scoop is good).
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, use a toothpick inserted into center. It should come out clean and dry.

Ingredients
