Coconut Oats recipe:

Method:

  • Oak porridge is the easiest porridge to prepare.
  • First put to boil 4 1/2 cups of water.
  • Add all ingredients not the oat yet. Stir in and cover pot properly or slightly open.
  • Put your stove's gauge on very low.
  • After 3 minutes add the oaks into the pot. Stir in.
  • Allow the oak porridge to shimmer on very low heat, and cover pot properly or slightly open.
  • Stir in occasionally every 10 minutes.
  • Add Shredded coconut.
  • After a total of 45 to 55 minutes Oats Porridge is ready.
  • If you are serving hot, be careful do not get burn.
  • If you you want the oaks porridge to be thick, just boil it longer on higher heat.
  • NOTE:
    1/2 cup of condensed milk - if not using coconut milk powder
    Use 1 1/2 coconut milk with 3 cups water instead.

Ingredients:

2 cups Oats
4 1/2 cups Water - put to boil
(guaged flame on very low)
1/4 teaspoon of Cinnamon
2 Cinnamon Leaves - optional
1/4 teaspoon of Nutmeg
2 Pinches of Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 cup of Sugar
1 pack of 50g Coconut Milk Powder.

NOTE:
1/2 cup of condensed milk - if not using coconut milk powder
Use 1 1/2 coconut milk with 3 cups water instead.


1/4 Coconut or 1 cup grated Coconut.




45 to 55 minutes on very low simmer
