Instructions:

  1. Peel, wash, and diced all the vegetables put aside.
  2. First, clean and put to soak the red kidney for 15 minutes.
  3. Second, put to heat a pressure cooker, add 4 cups of water, then the red kidney beans.
  4. Put your stove gauge on flame 4. When the pressure-cooker, start to whistle. Allow to cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Once completed, add the wheat or flour spinners.
  6. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes, with the pot slightly covered.
  7. After that, add the onions, pimento seeds, pepper, garlic, and thyme. Allow to cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
  8. After that time, add the sliced cabbage and stir in.
  9. Allow to cook for 5 minutes more and finish.
  10. The Cabbage Ital Stew peas will get thick as it cools..
  11. Now this part is for the none ital additives.
  12. Add, Sea, Butter and Ketchup. Stir in and finish.
  13. You are finish. The total time is 40 minutes.

CABBAGE ITAL STEW PEAS

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of Kidney Beans (pressure cook for 20 minutes, alternatively you can use the can beans.)
• 2 cups of Water (if pressured beans use 5 cups)
• 1/4 to 1/2 cut of Cabbage (sliced)
• 2 tablespoons of Coconut Oil (optional)
• 1 teaspoon of Pimento Seeds grains
• 3 Garlic Cloves (mashed)
• 1 small Onion (diced)
• Thyme (tie together two fingers.)
• 1 teaspoon of Parsley (dried)
• 1 teaspoon of Basil (dried)
• 1 teaspoon of Rosmary (dried and diced fine)
• ½ Scotch Bonnet Pepper

ADDITIVES FOR THE NONE ITAL CABBAGE STEW PEAS

• 1 tablespoon of Sea Salt
• 1 tablespoon of Butter
• 1 tablespoon of Ketchup

Dumpling Spinners
• I cup of Flour (,or Wheat Flour)
• pinch of Salt
• 1/4 cup of Water.

Make a dough, next break small pieces off, then use one make the spinner dumpling by putting it between your palm then roll to make spinner dumplings.

You will get 17 spinner dumplings.

This meal is Serving for a small family.
