DETOX KNOWLEDGE:

A detox regime will not improve your body's natural detox processes. If you are young and healthy, it is unnecessary. If you are older and unhealthy or you are person that smokes it might help improve circulation in your body.

When you Detox eat no beans, no caffee, no added sugar, no dairy, and eat no red meat.

Doing a detox will re-invigorate the body and will leave you feel healthier. Detox improves your liver and kidneys. On the first day of detoxing drink juiced vegetable only. This way of detoxing will be easy on the liver.

For Breakfast Vitality Juice

ingredients per person is

3 tomatoes,
2 carrots,
1 celery stalk,
1/2 Onions,
1 garlic clove.

For Snack Cucumber Cleanser ingredients are

1 whole cucumber,
1 celery stalk,
piece of ginger half your thumb.

OR

Callaloo jucie
Honey
Ginger

For Lunch

four ripe pears,
and snack on one hand full of raspberries or strawberries.
Or diced Coconut.

For Dinner,

chickpeas,
sea weed salads,
white fish,
and dandelion leaf tea.

Do this regime for one week; two the most.
