Fat is usually good, you cannot have a working brain without these fats. Different types of fat like, the polyunsaturated fat, and the monounsaturated fat are the cells in our body.

People from all over the world love eating Jamaican foods. I live in Jamaica. I am a born Jamaican. I can see why people love our cuisines. I too, love Jamaican food. My purpose here is providing a guide to those curious persons, who are looking for information about Caribbean foods. It will be an healthy alternative to cooking Jamaican foods. This is not a radical approach with food. You will still be able to cook, eat and enjoy your favourite Jamaican foods. The recipes are practical and the meals are the most popular Jamaican foods; that Jamaicans are eating every day.

USING OILS:

Oil is extracted from many seeds; that are available in herbal and health stores. Real natural oil can be a great substituted for cooking. Use coconut oil, it is great for the immune system. Sesame seed oil is great for the skin. Sesame seed is good for fighting germs and bacteria within the body. The oil is also available as cooking oil as well.

FIBERS AND FATS: WHY YOU NEED MEAT?

Fibers in foods you eat help your bowel to pass through your body.

Fat is usually good, you cannot have a working brain without these fats. Different types of fat like, the polyunsaturated fat, and the monounsaturated fat are the cells in our body.

We need them for our hormone. We need them for everything. They are in fatty meat, coconuts, some peas, and some peanuts.

Without them in food, we will never feel satisfied. “Good” fats such as monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats will lower disease risk. “Bad” fats such as saturated fat and, especially, trans-fats will increase disease risk.

Who remember the cartoon character, the cave man with the small head top? You know the term - pea brain. It looks like an ape's head. That was when man was not eating meat.

Now look how big the brain grew. We all have big heads to hold our big brains. By eating meat humanity evolved to think smarter and more intelligent.

Eating meat will not give you any disease or cancer. If you eat it and any food, do so with moderation and exercise regularly. My objective is to inform you, not change you.
