Instructions:

  1. The Shark’s Meat is raw, so to get rid of that do the following.
  2. The Shark’s Skin is rough so scrub it hard with a knife first, and then wash it with plan water.
  3. After you do that, stall the shark’s meat in enough hot water for 2 minutes. (Do not boil it)
  4. Once that is complete, soak the shark’s meat into enough white vinegar with water 3 to 1 for 10 minutes.
  5. After that, rinse with water and then place on a rack to grain for 3 minutes.
  6. Now the shark’s meat is ready to cook. This method is if you bought shark, or caught shark from the sea.
  7. Next, peel, slice, clean, dice, and wash the vegetables.
  8. Cut Shark Meat in either, thick chunks, or slices.
  9. After that, put to heat a frying pot for stewing. Put stove’s gauge on Medium low (4).
  10. Add oil, and then add the diced onions, 10 seconds later the diced scallion, and then the crushed garlic cloves. Allow sauté and stir-fry it for 20 seconds.
  11. Now add the shark’s meat. Stir in gentle while it sauté, add the other ingredients, and then water. First, add the browning to the water and dilute it before you adding.
  12. Use the pot’s lid cover properly, and allow simmering for 18 minutes with stove’s gauge on flame medium low (4).
  13. The steam from the shark’s meat will build more water while stewing.
  14. After that time, turn stove down to low flame, still covered for 7 minutes.
  15. Then, you are finish cooking brown stewed shark’s meat.
  16. If you want to make your meal interesting, add one cup of canned corn vegetable, on the side with rice or even pasta.
  17. Total time for cooking brown stewed shark’s meat took 25 minutes, plus preparation.

  • Thyme (tie to two fingers)
  • ¼ cup of Coconut Oil (any oil is good)
  • 2 tablespoons of Browning
  • 1 tablespoon of White Vinegar, Red Vinegar, or Lime Juice
  • 1 cup of Water
  • ¼ cup of Ketchup to thicken the gravy. (optional)
