Instructions:

  1. First, prepare the lobster by washing it properly. Be sure it is clean.
  2. Next boil lobster in enough water for 15 minutes stove gauge on High(6). Allow water to come to boil before adding.
  3. After that and cooled, cut the lobster back from head to tail exposing the lobster meat.
  4. Now the lobster is ready to cook.
  5. Next, peel, slice, clean, dice, and wash the vegetables for seasoning.
  6. After that, put to heat a frying pot for stewing. Put stove’s gauge on Medium low (4).
  7. Add Curry powder with one garlic clove. Use a fork to stir the curry powder with one garlic clove, while it burns. Do that for 10 seconds. 
  8. Immediately, add oil, and then add the diced onions, 10 seconds later the diced scallion, then the crushed garlic cloves. Allow sauté and stir-fry it for 20 seconds.
  9. Now add the prepped cleaned lobster. Stir in; add the other ingredients, and then water.
  10. Use the pot’s lid cover properly, and allow simmering for 15 minutes with stove’s gauge on flame medium low (4).
  11. The steam from the lobster will build more water while stewing.
  12. After that time, turn stove down to low flame, still covered for 5 minutes.
  13. Now, you finish cooking curried lobster.
  14. To eat curried lobster, you need to crack the shell to get the lobster’s meat.
  15. Total time for cooking curried lobster took 40 minutes, plus preparation.

Curried Lobster
