Ingredients

  • 1 lb or 4 cups of Wheat Flour
  • ½ lb or 2 cups of Cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon of sea salt
  • 1 & 3/4 cups of Water

Cooking Instructions

  1. Combine ingredient together forming a doubt, now make dumplings by cutting off a small piece to size of your palm, then form a dumpling by using your fingers from your other hand and slow flow in, such as a car wheel.
  2. From this recipe you should get 6 dumplings. You can determine the size dumplings you want.  Next put to boil 6 cups of water and ½ teaspoon of sea salt for 35 minutes, with the stove gauged at 4.  Cover the pot slightly.
