Ingredients

  • 24 to 36 Chicken Wings
  • Enough Sweet and Sour Sauce
  • Batter Ingredients:
  • 2 cups of Wheat, White Flower
  • 1 pinch of Baking Powder
  • Seasonings Ingredients:

  • 2 Onion (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons of black pepper
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons of Salt
  • Frying:

  • 2 cups of coconut oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cut Chicken Wings in two piece. Remove the fin piece.
  2. To the flour adds a pinch of baking powder. Put in a covered container or a plastic bag to seal. Next after the chicken wings are marinated, use a fork to remove the seasonings from the chicken wings, now put it in the flour. Shake well. (You are now flouring the chicken wings.)
  3. Put to heat a big frying pot on the stove gauged on Hi (eight). After a minute add the oil. Allow to get hot for three minutes.
  4. Now add the chicken wing one piece at a time to the hot oil; put them not too close.
  5. Allow to fry on one side for four minutes, then flip it on the other side for three minutes. Be sure the chicken pieces are fried properly.
  6. Then remove! Once every piece is fried.
  7. Put the fried chicken wings in the cooked sweet and sour sauce.
  8. Do so 30 minutes before serving.
  9. Sweet and Sour Chcken Wings is eaten alone with ranch dressing.
