  • 2 cups of Peanuts (fresh and roasted) - skinned or un-skin
  • 5 tablespoons of Ginger (grated fine)
  • 1 cup of Water
  • 3 cups of Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of Pure Cornstarch

Cooking Instructions

  1. First, Put to heat a pot for stewing.
  2. Second, Add the sugar and water. Allow to simmer, stir in for one minute.
  3. Third, add the peanuts; roasted and skined. Add the grated ginger.

  10. Use the spoon to scoop out mixture to create 1-1/4-inch wide mounds on the
    greased paper.
  11. Allow to cool before serving..
