Ingredients

  • I can 189 g CORN BEEF. (small can)
  • 1 lb Cabbage or (shredded,)- medium cut
  • 2 small Tomatoes (diced)
  • 2 Garlics
  • 1 medium Onion (diced)
  • 6 pimento Seeds
  • ½ ripe pepper (Scotch bonnet or real chili pepper)
  • 1 teaspoon of Basil ( Dried or Fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon of Parsley ( Dried or Fresh)
  • 1 teaspoons of Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme leaf (Fresh pieces together the size of one finger)
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil (or Olive oil)
  • 1/4 cup of Water
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup, or use 2 tablespoons

Cooking Instructions

  1. The seasonings must first be stripped, washed and diced.
  2. Cut the Cabbage in quarters, then soak it for 8 minutes in salt water.
  3. After that shredded the Cabbage in small slices.
  4. Put to heat a pot frying pat; gauge 6. Add oil. Leave for a minute.
  5. Add the onions and garlic. Then the corn beef and the Diced Cabbage. Now the water.
  6. Cover well allow to cook. Gauge on low.
  7. After 8 minutes stir in.
  8. Add the diced tomato, ketchup and stir. Cover allow to simmer for 4 minutes, finish
  9. Served with par-boiled rice. Or boiled food or White Rice.
    Served for a family of three persons.
  10. Use a bigger cabbage and add a little more herbs. If you want to serve for more people. All the meals are very easy on the stomach when it’s prepared with natural herbal and seasonings.
