  • •1 dozen Tomatoes ( or 2cups of smashed seeds and all)
    •1 teaspoon of Parsley (dry)
    •1 teaspoon of Basil (dry) (optional)
    •1 stack of Scallion (diced)
    •1 Red Bell Pepper (diced)
    •½ of Scotch Bonnet Pepper, (or seedless no heat)
    • pinch of Sea Salt to taste
    • 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil (any oil)
    • ½ cup of Coconut Milk)

Cooking Instructions
