Instruction:

  1. Knead 5 to 15 minutes, and then allow sitting and proofing for 2 to 3:30 hours, in a cool area.
  2. Seal and chill overnight or up to 2 days. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour before using.
  3. (Note: You can freeze the dough in heavy-duty, in zip-lock plastic bags for up to 2 months; thaw dough overnight in the refrigerator before using.)
  4. If you making it the same day, just continue after dough proofs for at least 3 hours.
  5. Dice, prepare, clean all vegetables properly, and then dice, keep separate.
  6. Near to preparing pizza, debone chicken beast in small cubes.
  7. After that, put to heat stew pot/pan, and then gauge stove flame on low.
  8. Next, add coconut oil, after a minute add dice chicken cubes along, allow for 2 minutes.
  9. And then, diced onions, scallion, mashed garlic, with jerk sauce, pepper. Stir in properly.
  10. Allow cooking for 2 to 3 more minutes and finish. Put aside until ready to topping!
  11. Next, grease 14-inches diameter pizza tray lightly, and then sprinkle cornmeal covering the surface.
  12. Flour hands, and uses your palm and fingers to form 12-inches diameter circle.
  13. Note the dough will be soft, and if sticking just flour your hands more.
  14. Spread tomato paste on round dough, close to the edge, leaving 1/4 inch hill.
  15. Sprinkle the herbs basil and parsley on the tomato sauce.
  16. Sprinkle Mozzarella on top that close to edge.
  17. Place par-cooked jerked chicken cubes on top. Drizzle the chicken gravy or sauce on top as well.
  18. Sprinkle dice sweet pepper, and more herbs.
Bake for 500 degree in well pre-heated oven, for 12 minutes. Or Industrial oven 7 minutes.

  • 1 tablespoon of Cornmeal (to sprinkle on pizza tray)
  • pound Chicken Beast - par-cooked with
  • 2 tablespoons of jerk sauce
  • 3 garlic Cloves (mashed)
  • 1 small Onion (diced)
  • 1 stack of Scallion (diced)
  • 1/2 Scotch Bonnet Pepper (or Real pepper)- optional
  • 2 tablespoons of Coconut Oil or Olive
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Sea Salt

FOR SAUCE:  (Simmer on low heat, or put in plastic container, and use microwave)

  • 6 oz canned Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 6 garlic Cloves (mashed)
  • 1 small Onion (diced)
  • 1 stack of Scallion (diced) - optional
  • 2 tablespoons of Coconut Oil or Olive
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Sea Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of Basil (dried or fresh), sprinkle on top tomato paste of spreading.
  • 1 tablespoon of Parsley (dried or fresh), sprinkle on top tomato paste of spreading.
  • 1 tablespoon of Oregano (dried or fresh), sprinkle on top tomato paste of spreading.
