Method:

  1. First, add the yeast to the warm water until it is dilute.

  2. Put the flour and butter into a bowl. Use your fingers to combine the butter with the flour.

  3. Now, add the water with the yeast to the flour with the butter. Knead to dough.

  5. Have ½ cup of flour in a container ready for use to sprinkle on the dough occasionally.

  11. Use butter to grease the loaf-baking pan properly. Lay the grease papers in it good. Put aside until you are ready.

  12. Now, use your fist to beat dough down on the floured cutting board. You do this to get out some of carbon dioxide gas.

  13. Next, use the rolling pin to roll out the dough and form a rectangular shape.

  14. Next, roll up the dough tightly with your hands forming a log shape. Do this, as you would roll up a sleeping bag.

  15. Fold the corners inside the dough as you roll it tight.

  16. Next place the log shaped dough in the greased loaf pan.

  17. Now cover it and allow the dough to proof for 30 to 40 minutes. This also removes the extra carbon dioxide gas.

  18. After that, brush beat egg’s white over the dough just before baking.

  19. Finally, bake it for 35 to 38 minutes at 350 degree F.

  20. Refrigerate for 7 days after out one day.
