Instructions:

  1. First prepare the vegetables by peeling cleaning, diced and wash it.
  2. Next rinse the salt mackerel with running water, use your finger wash the inside properly.
  3. After that, put the cleaned salt mackerel to boil in enough water for 8 minutes with your stove gauged on 4 medium.
  4. While you wait for that, make sure seasonings are ready to cook with.
  5. Now, once the fish is tenderized debone it, by remove all bones.
  6. Put to heat a stew pot for frying, gauged on 4 meduim.
  7. Add oil to the dry pot, wait for a minutes then add the diced onions, 15 second in the diced scallion, carrot, cho-cho and garlic.
  8. Stir in while the vegetable seasonings saute, all in less than one minute.
  9. Next add the prep salt mackerel, stir in so gentley, add water too.
  10. Use the pot's lid cover properly for 2 minutes with stove gauged on low.
  11. After that, add ketchep and finish.
  12. Stew Salt Mackerel is best served with boiled hard Jamaican food, such as green banana, yam, pumpkin, dumplings fried or boiled.

SALT MACKEREL FISH

Ingredients:
