Instructions:

  1. First, cut the cabbage into quarters, and then remove the heart.
  2. Soak and wash the cabbage into water and salt for 5 minutes. (This will remove worms and clean the cabbage).
  3. Peel, wash and dice the seasoning.
  4. Peel, wash and slice the carrots. Cut off the head and tail.
  5. Shred cabbage by cutting 1/2 inch thicken with your knife.
  6. Now, put to heat a fry pot for stewing, put the stove's gauge on flame 6.
  7. Add oil after one minute.
  8. Add the diced onion for 30 seconds, stir in.
  9. Add the diced estallion, and then the crushed garlic. stir in for 20 seconds.
  10. Next, add the shreddred cabbage and stir in.
  11. Use the pot lid to cover the pot properly, with the stove gauged still on flame 6.
  12. Allow to shimmers for 4 minutes.
  13. Now, add the sliced carrot, add the herbs, add the sea salt, and allow shimmering for 2 more minutes.
  14. That it you are finish.
