Instructions:

  1. First, Prepare peel, clean, wash all seasonings.
  2. Besure to soak the 16 mixed beans in enough water for 1 hour before pressure.
  3. Pressure cook the 16 mixed beans for 20 minutes in 4 cups of water, with stove flame gauged on low.
  4. Remove water put aside for later, when finished.
  5. Put to boil a cooking pot with water. Add saltfish and allow boiling for 8 minutes. Put stove gauge on low.
  6. After that, remove the scale and bones from saltfish, and then mince to chunks.
  7. Now to heat a cooking pot for frying and stewing. Gauge stove on medium flame. Allow to get hot for one minute, and then add oil.
  8. Mext add diced onions, stir in for 30 seconds, and then add the other seasonings.
  9. Right after that, add the minced saltfish, and stir in.
  10. You can do this another way, which is to the mince saltfish in oil first. Allow to fry for 2 minutes, or until crisps, and then add onions and other seasonings.
  11. Alright, now add the cooked 16 Mixed Beans and stir in.
  12. Add 1/2 cup of water, and then cover the cooking pot properly. Allow shimmering for 8 minutes to thicken gravey.
  13. Add 1/4 cup of ketchup to flavor 3 minutes to the end.

16 MIXED BEANS AND SALTFISH
