Instructions:

  1. The seasonings must first be stripped, washed and diced.
  2. Debone the regular fish. Remove the skin.
  3. Put to heat a pot frying pat; gauge Hi. Add oil. Leave for a minute or until there is a small smoke.
  4. Next add the fish pieces to the oil. Allow to fry for 30 seconds to one minute. Besure the fish is cooked first.
  5. Add the onions, stir in for 30 seconds, and add the garlic, then the cabbage immediately over that. Do not stir yet.
  6. Allow to fry for 3 minutes before your first stir.
  7. While the cabbage is frying put all the diced herbs on top of the cabbage.
  8. Use a good stir spoon with the holes to stir in gentle.
  9. Allow to fry for 3 minutes before your second stir.
  10. Final stir, then turn the stove off.
  11. Finally add the diced tomato to and stir.
  12. Note while you eat this meal. You must still look for fish bones that might be in this meal.

Served with brown rice. Or boiled dumplings, green banana or yam. Purple cabbage can be used too.

Served for a family of three persons. Use a bigger cabbage and add a little more herbs. If you want to serve for more people.

All the meals are very easy on the stomach when it’s prepared with natural herbal and seasonings.

Left over’s should be properly sealed the same day and kept in the refrigerator for no more than four days. But if frozen it can stay for 3 months.

Sliced Fish or any regular fish can use.
(not salted fish nor codfish)
½ or 1 lb  Cabbage or (to quarters and take leaves apart.)
2 small Tomatoes (cut in quarters)
1 medium Onion (diced)
4 Garlic Cloves (3 mashed) (1 burn with oil)
½  green pepper (Scotch binate)
1 teaspoon of Basil ( Dried or Fresh)
1 teaspoon of Marjoram ( Dried or Fresh)
1 teaspoon of Oregano ( Dried or Fresh)
¼  teaspoon Nutmeg (Grated
1 tablespoon of Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Thyme leaf (Fresh pieces together the size of one fingers)
2  tablespoons White Vinegar- (add while cooking it’s optional)
¼ cup Coconut Oil (or Olive oil)
