Instructions:

Bulla recipe method:

  1. First, Mix the sugar with the water.
  2. Second, add the salt, ginger juice, vanilla, and melted butter.
  3. Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a large bowl.
  4. Third, knead the dry mixture with the liquid.
  5. Use a baking board and a rolling pin to roll flat the dough. It will be heavy. Flour it avoid sticking.
  6. Roll to about 1/2 thickest. Then cut into 5 inches squares.
  7. Now,     place the square bulla dough on baking tray.
  8. First, grease with butter, or lay grease paper.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes at 375F.
    Allow to cool before serving.
  10. Jamaican Bulla food is nice with cheese, or just butter.

BULLA BUN Recipe

Ingredients

• ½ cup of Butter
