Instructions:

  1. Peel, wash, and diced all the vegetables.

  2. Put to heat a pot for stewing with stove gauge on flame 6.

  3. Wait for 30 seconds, and then add the coconut oil.

  4. Wait for 40 seconds, and then add the onions, garlic, and then the shredded callaloo.

  5. With your stove flame set on medium 6. Stir-fry for 1 minutes.

  6. After that, turn the stove on flame 4. Add the coconut milk, the water, diced Irish and sweet potatoes, cho-cho, and carrots.

  7. Add the scotch bonnet pepper, and the cooked kidney beans. Stir in slightly.

  8. Use the pot's lid to cover the pot properly, and allow simmering for 15 minutes.

  9. After the time, you are finish. Serve in a soup dish only, or with hardough bread. (Note: Please allow your meals to cool before eaten).

  10. This is serving for a family of five persons. All the meals are very easy on the stomach when it’s prepared with natural herbal and vegetables.

Ingredients:

• ½ cup of Kidney Beans (pressure cook for 15 minutes in 4 cups of water., alternatively you can use the can beans.)
• 1 cup of Callaloo (shredded)
• ½ Scotch Bonnet Peppers
• 1 cup of Water
• 1 - ½ cups of Coconut Milk
• ¼ piece cut Ginger Finger (whole)
• ¼ teaspoon of Pimento Seeds grains
• 1 Garlic Cloves (mashed)
• 1 Cho-cho (diced)
• 1 small Onion (diced)
• Thyme (tie together one finger.)
• ½ lb or 1 Sweet Potato (dice to chucks)
• ½ lb or 1 Irish Potato (diced)
• 1 small Carrot (dice to chucks)
• ¼ cup of Coconut Oil (or less)
