It's difficult to be healthy eating butter, flour, sugar and organic preservatives. In baking, those items are in most of the ingredients.

Butter is fattening. When it goes in the body it stays. I coming to use water to illustrate blood in the body. If I take something natural from nature say a fruit such as an apple. Put it in a container of water. And then put a block of butter, the same size has the apple in another container of water. Cover the containers and Wait for one month. Now, after that look on them both.

What you will see is the apple broken down and became juice with water. The butter stayed the same way. Small pieces of butter broke off and formed plaques onto the inside of the container. That is what will happen to you. Eating butter will cause plaque to develop in your arteries.
