Step 1

1) Step#1 PREPARING CHICKEN & MARINATING SAUCE METHOD: Combine marinating sauce: oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice wine, with cornstarch into a bowl. Stir in proper put aside for later! 2) Next, de-bone chicken’s thigh, or leg is best; use breast late option, cut ¼-inch finger length chicken flakes. 3) After that, put chicken into sauce and let it stay at least 10 minutes. 9) Step#3: LO-MEIN STIR FRY SAUCE METHOD: Combine soy sauce, chicken stock, pepper, sugar, and cooking wine. Mix it well and put it aside for later.

10) Step#4: COOKING CHICKEN METHOD: Put to heat wok or small saucepan allow heating for 2 by 3 minutes. Turn stove’s gauge on medium/low (4). 11) Next, add 2 cups cooking oil into heating pan, allow for 6 minutes to get hot 350°F, or until you see little smoke. 12) Now, stir in marinating chicken flakes properly, and then add it to the heating oil on the stove. Immediately use wooden spoon to stir in separating chicken flakes for 40 seconds, be cautiously. 13) Allow bone in chicken to fry 8 between 10 minutes stir 2 minutes between times. If cooking boneless chicken cook it for 6 to 8 minutes. 14) Drain oil leaving cooked marinating sauce on the bottom, and then mix it with the cooked chicken pieces.

15) Step#5: COOKING NOODLES METHOD: Boil to tenderized noodles in enough water for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain and put aside for later.

16) Step#6: COOKING LO-MEIN METHOD: Next, turn stove’s heat on medium/low-(4), add ¼ cup or less oil, add chopped onions, spring beans or asparagus etc, add all vegetables; stir-fry one minute, add shredded red pepper in the oil, and then stir fry, add cooked chicken, stir in and then add cooked noodles. Stir fry for few seconds. Now turn the stove’s heat on high(8), and then add stir-fry sauce. Stir in, to coat noodles while the heat thickens sauce making it creamy and look juicy. Stir fry for about 2 minutes, and then finished. Best served immediately after cooking.
