Step 1

Step#1: You could do this with tiny fish chunks or minced fish. If cooking chunks, put large skillet on medium heat, and add enough oil. Allow it to get hot for one minute. Fry chunks for 2 to 3 minutes. If cooking minced do not add oil and allow it to cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Use a cooking spoon to crumble the fish while it is cooking. Ensure it is cooked properly and it is not raw. After that, drain excess oil, and then stir in taco seasoning. Next, Pour mixture into a separate container/dish, and then wipe the skillet clean with paper towel. Put it aside for later!

Step#4: Put the same skillet on medium/high heat, and then add oil. Fry fish burritos on all side until it is browned for one to two minutes, and then finished. Serve fish burritos with sour cream and salsa. Store fish burritos into sealed plastic bags or container, and then freeze it for up to one year.
