1. Step#1 PREPARING SHRIMPS & STIR-FRY SAUCE METHOD: Combine stir-fry sauce: oyster sauce, soy sauce, chicken stock or water, oil, rice wine, with cornstarch into a bowl. Mix it smooth,..! Put cup flour into a paper or plastic bag; or container with a lid, add shrimps and shake it coating the fish with flour evenly. (Do this one minute before cooking.) 4. Step#2 PREPARING VEGETABLES METHOD: Peel or strip, wash, and prepare all the vegetables properly. Remove any traces of soil or debris. 5. Cut stems off dried chili peppers, use food sizzler shred fine, and do not remove seeds. (Alternatively, buy shredded chili peppers). 6. Gain garlic and ginger to puree. (Keep shredded ingredient separate). 7. Pare the carrots by lightly scraping it with knife. Cut off both ends of the carrot. Cut it into two halves, about 4 inches long. If you prefer shorter carrot sticks, or your carrots are more than 8 inches long, cut the carrot into thirds. Cut desired size of carrot sticks. 8. Cut onions in quarters, and separate leaves; diced scallion if using. 9. Prepare snow peas: (I rinse it with white vinegar and water); put it aside for later.
10. Step#3 COOKING FLOURED SHRIMPS: Put to heat wok or small saucepan allow heating for 2 by 3 minutes. Turn stove’s gauge on medium/low (4). 11. Next, add 1 cup cooking oil into heating pan, allow for 3 minutes to get hot, or until you see little smoke. 12. Now, add floured shrimps some at time into the heating oil on the stove. (Be cautious,..!) 13. Allow frying 1 between 3 minutes stir it half way the time cooking. After that, remove cooked shrimps and put it aside for later.
